How to: Use an AutoText entry from one document in another document.
Solution:
Determine the template used in the document, and attach the template containing the AutoText to the current document.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Templates...'. (The 'Templates and Add-ins' dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Attach...'. (The 'Attach Template' dialog box appears.)
3) Select the name of the template containing the AutoText entry from the 'Look in' list box, and click 'Open'. (The 'Templates and Add-ins' dialog box reappears.)
4) (Optional) Select the 'Automatically Update Document Styles' check box if the current document styles are to correspond to those in the selected template.
5) Click 'OK'.
